Home Energy Efficiency Programme for Scotland Loan Scheme (HEEPS)
Included in the funds allocated to ‘tackle fuel poverty head on’ by the Scottish Government there has been an allocation for the Home Energy Efficient Programme for Scotland (HEEPS) Loan Scheme
This is awarded via an Interest Free Loan of up to £10,000 and is targeted at Homeowners and Landlords in Scotland to assist with Energy Efficiency Improvements
As well as savings on your energy bills, you could also get paid for the energy your system generates through the UK Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) or Feed In Tariff
